Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the Continental United States.

We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made. 

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock, and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order, feel free to contact us at info@atlasoutdooroasis.com.

Most products we sell are “Made-To-Order” and due to their personalized and customized nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have manufacturing defects or errors on our part. (This will also be indicated on the shipping tab of the product page)

Each manufacturer has their own lead times. Please allow generally 3-5 weeks, depending on the season, for your product to be manufactured. Typically, shipping will be no more than 6 days following production and leaving the facility.

All shipping is CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY. Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver to the curb. You will need to make arrangements for products to be transported to the desired location on your property. Curbside delivery does NOT include set-up, assembly, or removal of product from packaging materials.

Very heavy products may be too heavy for a lift gate and will require a forklift. Please DO NOT ORDER the product if you are unable to supply a forklift. You can contact a local contractor, landscaper, or small equipment rental company to assist with the forklift.

 

INCORRECT DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the recipient to notify ATLAS OUTDOOR OASIS within 24-48 hours of receipt at info@atlasoutdooroasis.com. Once we have received your report, our team will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make things right.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

Please refuse or deny delivery of all shipments that are delivered with incorrect items. ATLAS OUTDOOR OASIS will investigate these cases in a timely manner and confirm the replacement of the units to fulfill the order correctly.

If an item is delivered to you incorrectly, we have procedures in place to rectify the situation. We request that you inspect your shipment and confirm that the packing slip matches the items delivered. If you notice any incorrect items such as the wrong color, size, or model, please report it to ATLAS OUTDOOR OASIS within 24-48 hours of receipt. When reporting incorrect items, you must provide the original purchase order # and a brief description of the incorrect items that were delivered.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We highly encourage customers to inspect all freight deliveries for any concealed or visible damage upon arrival. If damage is seen, refuse delivery of the product, and let the delivery personnel know of the damage.

Please report any damage to info@atlasoutdooroasis.com along with photos of the incident and order information, such as the original purchase order #. Once we have received your report, our team will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

Depending on the nature of the error, we may need to request additional information. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make things right. As soon as we receive the necessary information, we will begin the process of making your new order.

 

ATLAS OUTDOOR OASIS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS ON CUSTOM, “MADE-TO-ORDER” PRODUCTS, BUT DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED IF THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED.
